How much is my restoration going to cost?
When we have your shoes in hand, we will give you our suggestions on what is needed to bring your shoes back to life and provide you with a quote. You can get a general feel of our pricing by clicking on the following link – click here for pricing details
*Please note that you are welcome to request specific services rather than everything on your order form. For example, if your shoes need a deep clean, repaint, and icing; you can simply choose to get your soles iced (un-yellowed). Also, please let us know if any attempts have already been made to restore your shoes.
How will you get my shoes?
First, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to ensure that your shoes arrive safely. We receive a lot of sneakers to restore and ask that you include a note inside the package with your name and return shipping information. You’re trusting us with your sneakers and that means a lot to us! Because of that, rest assured that we take extra steps to protect your shoes by insuring them from the moment we get them until they arrive back on your doorstep. We also have a secure mailing address which means there is always someone present to accept incoming shipments. Nobody else does that!
When and how do I pay?
We will provide you with a quote and your payment is due before we begin working on your shoes. For your safety and convenience, we accept payments via Stripe, PayPal & Venmo.
When and how do I get my shoes back?
We will provide you with an estimated time to complete your shoes when we get them. Upon completion, we will ship your shoes back to you, provide tracking information and require signature for delivery to keep your shoes safe.
Wait, what is sneaker insurance?
We take out an insurance policy on every single pair of shoes that come to us. This means that they are financially protected from the moment your shoes arrive at our doorstep until they arrive back at yours. Protecting your sneakers is of the upmost importance.
